Warranty Policy

1. What warranty covers
We warranty every item made by Kiuties. Our warranty cover every item with:
- Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
- Failure of materials
- Production defects
- Delivery defects
Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by using the item for other than its intended purpose. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered.

2. How long the warranty lasts
This warranty lasts for 365 days from the date of purchase.

3. What Kindlytoys do
If the item proves to be defective in the warranty coverage, Kiuties will attempt to replace it with a new item of similar composition and price. If no such item is available, a refund for the partial or full purchase price of the original item will be issued in accordance with the agreement between Kiuties and the customer.
